About Bren Tally Therapy

As people, we often have to balance the needs of our self and the needs of others. It's in this balancing act that we sometimes feel extremely lonely, misunderstood, vulnerable, spiritually depleted or stuck. In my therapy practices, I attempt to create a safe and sacred space where people can begin to ask questions, develop a map of their narratives and attach meaning to those experiences without judgement. We don't have to stay in the status quo or be overwhelmed with intense emotion. We can turn toward our experiences or problems, and allow the therapeutic process to provide an environment that promotes internal change, introduces new behaviors and reveals healthy coping strategies. I believe in hope and the resiliency of people, and I'm privileged to watch clients own their story and love themselves through this process...it's a beautiful window into strong and brave parts that people often forget they are capable of knowing and claiming.
